13.2 jl1888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.1 jl1888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, jl1888 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or platform notification.
